We decided to review Puyck again since it’s opening over a year and a half ago. Not least because this writer has been there four times without ever becoming bored or dissatisfied on any level.
The food is outstandingly fresh, original in just the right portions.

We entered a tasteful business-like interior of a dining room replete with wooden blinds and striped curtains, lunch-time bright lighting, and plush fishnet and ship’s rope patterned carpeting. Five bustling friendly waiters wasted not a minute of their time and two immediately tended to our table.
